Users from UME are not visible in NWDS 7.3

Hi All, I created two users with full access with all roles in UME. But it is not available inside NWDS 7.3 SP11 PAT0002. I checked this http://scn.sap.com/thread/2065698 and http://scn.sap.com/thread/2084577 blog and ensured that everything is right, but still I'm not getting the user id inside NWDS which I created inside UME.

Can you please help or point out what could be the reason?
