Post Upgrade/Installation Developer Check
We are currently operating a SAP NW PO 7.31 SP8 and will be upgrading to SP14 in the not too distant future. I wanted to put together a handover and acceptance checklist for my support team. The task was to perform a full system health check as quickly as possible whilst ensuring all relevant components are checked. Now we could go on for hours checking everything in minute detail but I don't believe that adds value. The following checklist is based upon my own experience and refering to the SAP document 'Readiness Check V1.4'
I would be interested to see if anyone finds this useful but even more importantly if there any any omissions.

Advice when upgrading
Hi
I will be shortly upgrading from SAP NW PO 7.31 SP8 to SP14. I am currently reviewing the changes I can expect to see but I am looking for advice.
Are there any bugs or surprises I should be aware of. Anything I should prepare for? Anything that may cause delays during the handover process? Does anyone in the community have simiar experience?
I hope it will be a smooth upgrade but I like to be prepared

Certificate concern in SAP PO
Hi Experts,
Currently we are on SAP PI7.3 .We have 10 SSL certificates(NWA+ABAP) for different interfaces .
We are planning to update to SAP PO and in this case,do i have to re generate these ceritifiactes or will it work in SAP PO after upgrade?
Please provide me your valuable inputs.

Compatibility between SAP ERP upgrade with SAP PI 7.3 sp12
Hi Experts,
Our SAP ERP system getting upgraded to ECC 6.0, ehp 7, SS7 and we need to check its compatibility with the current SAP PI version(7.3 sp09) and its future upgraded version which is sp12.
Would any one kindly help me to track the PI system compatibility with the ERP upgraded version and its adverse effect(if any) on interfaces between PI and ECC system?

Adding FQDN in SAP Po 7.4 java stack only
Hi Experts,
I want add my FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) with my host name in SAP Po 7.4. For example my host name is ABCDE and my FQDN is XYZ123.com , now i wanna to add my host name with FQDN like ABCDE.XYZ123.COM. Please any one explain me how to do this thing in PO 7.4 java stack only....

Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://hostname:8101/P4
Hi Experts,
We have installed PO 7.4 SR2 java stack only. when i try to click ESR in http://Hostname.FQDN.com:50000/dir/start/index.jsp link after loading java am getting the error like Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://hostname:8101/P4.
When try to connect from remote system am this above error message. In PI installed local system am able to access this link successfully.
In my local system host directory i have added like this 10.xx.xx.xx Hostname Hostname.Domain_name.com. This also not resolved my issue.
This is very Urgent... Please anyone guide me to resolve this issue...

Integration Builder problem, not opening

Clarification on AEX to PO
I would like get a reliable information related to PI to PO upgrade with B2B solution.
Present system:
SAP PI 7.3 with SP04 and have SeeBurger for B2B solution
Future:
Plan 1: SAP PI 7.4 AEX Installation + SeeBurger B2B Solution = results No cost to company
Plan 2: SAP PI 7.4 AEX Installation + SAP B2B Addon = Results some licencing cost to company
Plan 3: SAP PO (Includes SAP PI 7.4+ BPM+BRM and SAP B2B Addon ) = Results some more licencing cost to company more than plan 2.
Now coming to installation:
We are currently aware of the efforts of direct move from current to any of the above plans.
But If I move to either plan 1 or 2 at present, and in near future, i we need to move to Plan 3, what would be the technical efforts.
- Can I move from AEX 7.4 to PO 7.4 with install of the BPM+BRM+B2B Add on on the same system without affecting the existing mapping & configuration ( shouldn't have any Development effort for changes/ testing )
- Or Does it require a complete new install of PO 7.4 and migrate the mapping & config of existing PI 7.4 AEX.

B2B Integration- EDISeparator receiver channel error
Dear Experts,
I'm trying to do a POC using B2B addon in SAP Process Orchestration. I've developed the flow similar to the blog http://scn.sap.com/community/b2b-integration/blog/2012/09/27/b2b-edi-inbound-step-by-step-configuration .
I'm stuck with the error in EDI Separator Receiver channel 
. I'm using only one transaction of 820 message and the EDI file is properly formed. I've tried using multiple EDI files which have one transaction and multiple transactions also.

IDoc (Outbound & Inbound) PO to ECC (2 clients)

As part of testing
I need to send outbound idocs from 2 separate clients in ECC to PO
Also I need to send inbound idocs to 2 separate clients of ECC from PO
With one client everything is working fine.
What extra steps need to be done for 2 clients, should we add entry in inboundRA ? Multirepository ?

BPM Synchronous Call: Error HTTP call to IS unsupported in AEX case
Hello,
we had an PO System 7.4 SP 7 and tried to call a synchronous Interface on PI via an "automated Activity".
But we get the error
"Could not invoke service reference name 0a5b605b-fc7a-410f-920a-0f6952dee18f......
Error while sending message. Reason: Error sending MS message. Exception: HTTP call to IS unsupported in AEX case"
in the same process to call an asynchromous interface on PI is possible.
We also did build the Process and Product complete new in the NWDS, but no change.
Any Ideas ?

remove entiries from SM58 (trfc)
Hi,
There is IDOC ack message ( A L E A U D ) message get stuck in queue. I have to remove this message from queu.
But when i try , it throwing error "PIAFUSER" can delete this entry.
Please suggest.

Integration Builder link not working in SAP PO 7.4 Java stack
Hi Experts,
When we try open integration builder, System landscape directory and configuration monitoring home links are not working in PI Directory
(Hostname:50000/dir/start/index.jsp).
Kindly check the below log error,
com.sap.engine.services.jmx.exception.JmxSecurityException: Caller Guest not authorized, required permission missing (javax.management.MBeanPermission -\#Host[:SAP_J2EECluster="",j2eeType=SAP_J2EEInstance,name=local] getAttribute)
at com.sap.engine.services.jmx.auth.UmeAuthorization.checkMBeanPermission(UmeAuthorization.java:106)
We are using super administrator user ID only but here it is saying guest user. If any solution please let me know.... It is very urgent...

Cannot create SAPUI5 UI Component from a BPM Process
Dear friends,
For a very strange reason I am not able to create a SAPUI5 UI Component from a BPM Process. I am trying to create SAPUI5 UI's for an Human task as part of my BPM process. I am using NWDS 7.3 EHP1 SP15 PAT0000.
We are using NWDI development configuration.
The error log shows the following error:
BC-BMT-BPM-CMP# [Error: com.sap.glx.ide.flow.util.logger.IDEAbstractDynamicParticipant$TRACEENTRIES Thread[main,6,main]]
If I try to do the same under my LocalDevelopment I'm able to create a SAPUI5 component.
Any ideas what could be causing this issue or where to look for more information about the error?

We recently upgraded the kernel and sap cyrptolib on one of our PI sysems (7.11 SP6 Dual Stack. CommonCryptoLib 8 Version 8.4.34.
We have three vendors, all with untrusted certificates, who we cannot communicate with any more. When we test the RFC connection we receive the following error.

The connections were working prior to the upgrade. The vendors certificates are stored in the NWA Certificate store (we don't use STRUST) and have not changes.
There is nothing wrong with the certificate OR the RFC destination. I have searched SCN without a relevant hit. Can anyone help?

SAP BPM Interactive task with SAP Process Orchestration
Hello everyone,
I have a doubt regarding what architecture do I need to create a BPM within SAP PO and include interactive tasks, these interactive tasks are not SAP Tx, services or applications, they need to be newly created Java Webdynpros. I think I need SAP Composition Environment, but I was wondering if I could develop the Java Webdynpro in SAP Developer Studio and try to deploy them to SAP PO, is this possible?
Everything going on in the BPM will be non SAP backended, meaning all steps take place on non SAP applications and the interactive tasks are actually for the user to visualize, accept or reject data or files uploaded in different formats such as microsoft office formats or pdf.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
